Amenities will include 8,000 square feet of pools, 37,000-square-foot deck, 8,500 square feet of food & beverage outlets, 7,000 square feet of meeting space, and a 6,000-square-foot spa, along with 280 parking spaces, which will be adjacent to a 300-slip dry stack marina, owned and operated by King Sprayberry.
